Pastors Jermaine and Ericka White are lovers of God, His people, and their community. They met in high school at the age of 14 and have been married for 25 years. As young adults, they served their local church in Cleveland primarily in youth ministries. As their faith grew in the word, their individual gifts began to develop and were applied harmoniously to the work of the kingdom.

In 2007, they took a giant leap of faith by moving to Florida to answer God's calling for ministry. They founded, Revealed, a radio broadcast and video webcast ministry in Jacksonville and began serving at The Potter's House International Ministries under Bishop Vaughn McLaughlin.

In 2012, they launched OneChurch in Tampa with 5 other members and have continued to lay the foundation through sound preaching and teaching of the word of God.  They own several enterprises and are also organizational and community leaders. The Whites are the proud parents of Jermaine Jr. and Charmaine.

Pastor Jermaine is a Panamanian-American entrepreneur who holds a Bachelor of Arts from Florida International University and a Master's in Theological Studies from Liberty University. Pastor Ericka earned an Associates of Arts in Religion and continues to advance her education at Liberty University. She hails from Cleveland, Ohio and has a professional background in sales and management.

The one who plants and the one who waters are one, and both will be rewarded for their own labor (1 Corinthians 3:8).
